中建八局把开展“我为群众办实事”实践活动

国家卫生健康委5月16日公布，截至2023年底，全国具备医疗卫生机构资质并进行养老机构备案的医养结合机构7800多家，医养结合床位总数达200万张。

民政部等七部门近日联合发布关于加强养老机构预收费监管的指导意见，鼓励养老机构采用当月收取费用的方式，并规定养老服务费预收的周期最长不得超过12个月。

中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅日前印发了《关于推进基本养老服务体系建设的意见》。《意见》指出，推进基本养老服务体系建设是实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略，实现基本公共服务均等化的重要任务。

近日，《居家养老上门服务基本规范》国家标准（GB/T 43153-2023）正式发布，这是我国针对居家养老上门服务发布的首个国家标准。根据该国家标准，居家养老服务内容包括基础照护、健康管理、精神慰藉、家庭生活环境适老化改造等7项服务。

民政部日前会同相关部门和单位联合印发的指导意见明确指出，到2023年底前，我国将基本建立特殊困难老年人探访关爱服务机制。

我国将加大对社区家庭服务业的税费政策优惠。从今年6月1日到2025年底，对提供社区养老、托幼、家政相关服务的收入免征增值税，并减按90%计入所得税应纳税所得额。 China will further reduce taxes in the community-based service industries, including the elderly care, childcare and household services. Starting from June 1 this year to the end of 2025, earnings of those industries will be exempted from the value-added tax, and enjoy a 10-percent deduction in taxable income.

过去几年来，我国出台了一系列措施提升养老服务，老年人的生活明显改善。2017年，6部门在全国开展为期4年的专项行动，旨在实现养老院服务质量总体水平显著提升。
