生命在于运动，运动确实能让身体更加健康，而且越来越多的研究显示，运动有助于预防心脑血管疾病、癌症、糖尿病、肥胖、改善情绪等。

日常生活中，总是免不了与人打交道，常常辛苦努力奉献，工作做得再好，最后因为与人的关系没处理好，对人性不够了解，导致了我们常有怀才不遇的际遇。很多时候，必须要融入相关领域的好圈子才能有好的资源，这时候社交能力也显得非常重要。最后，我想说，其实懂得人际关系，就是懂得自己，懂得如何生存于世。

Unit 1 What’s the matter?

几个不同的有关“变化”的词

动词cut是复用词，它的考点在于其所构成的短语。现就常见的四个短语举例说明。

1.cut across 的意思是“横跨，贯穿，跨越”，一般指从一个地方到另一个地方的最短距离。它通常指穿越一个区域或者一个领域。比如：
