我市已将在泉适龄外籍人士（目前为18周岁以上人群）纳入国产疫苗（上市阶段）接种人群范围。
Yangquan municipalityhas included foreign nationals in Yangquan (over 18 years old) in the eligiblegroup of domestic-made COVID-19 vaccination.
一、组织方式
Organizationmode
符合接种条件的外籍人士按照“知情自愿、风险自担”原则，由市外事办牵头组织，实行集体预约，集中时间接种。
In accordancewith the principle of“informed, voluntary and at-own-risk”and with the lead ofForeign Affairs Office of Yangquan Municipality, the implementation ofvaccination for eligible foreign nationals should follow the way of collectiveappointment in concentrated time.
外事办对接接种点，提前将接种人员个人信息录入，将知情同意书翻译成英文，在接种点安排联络员负责现场协调和翻译。
The ForeignAffairs Office will keep necessary communication with the vaccination site andcooperate with the vaccination site to input the personal information ofinoculation personnel in advance, and the Foreign Affairs Office will also translatedthe informed consent into English, and send liaison officers to the vaccinationsite to be responsible for on-site coordination and translation.

三、疫苗接种注意事项
Vaccinationpoints for attention
1.已参加山西省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，享受与其他参保中国公民同等待遇，免费接种新冠疫苗；未参保的外籍人士，原则上自费接种疫苗。收费标准按照省相关规定执行。
Foreignnationals who have been covered by the social security and medical insurance ofShanxi Province enjoy the same treatment as the insured Chinese citizens and receivefree vaccination, while those who are not insured are vaccinated at their ownexpense. Charging standards in accordance with the relevant provisions ofShanxi Province.
2.外籍人士凭中华人民共和国永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件接种新冠疫苗。接种前，按程序签署知情同意书、免责承诺书等，做好个人防护并主动告知健康状况，由专业人员判定是否符合接种条件。接种完成后需在接种点留观区观察30分钟，无异常症状后才可以离开接种点。接种14天内请密切关注自身身体情况，如有不适，请及时就医。
Foreignnationals should show their permanent residence ID card of the People’s Republic of China, passport or valid residencepermit for vaccination. They are required to follow the procedures, includingsigning informed consent form and disclaimer, do personal protection andproactively inform medical personnel of their health status. Medicalprofessionals should judge their eligibility of vaccination. After vaccination,the vaccinated should remain at the observation area for 30 minutes, and leaveif there are no abnormal symptoms. The vaccinated should pay close attention totheir physical condition within 14 days after vaccination. If there is anydiscomfort, they are suggested to consult doctor in time.
3.接种疫苗后可以在一定程度上降低感染风险，但任何疫苗保护作用不可能100%，即使打完疫苗，也需要保持戴口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距离等良好卫生习惯。必要时请配合相关部门进行核酸检测。
