On June 26, Si County of Anhui Province reported one Covid-19 asymptomatic carrier and two people who were tested positive. On June 27, the test results of contacts in Nanjing, Huaian and other places of the positive cases in Si County were abnormal, and there were risks of further spreading among the public. In order to continuously adhere to the overall strategy of preventing case importation from other places and forestalling resurgence within Wuxi and step up efforts in Covid-19 response, it is hereby notified as follows:
1. Those who have been to Suzhou City of Anhui Province and especially Si County since June 13, 2022, Suixi County of Anhui Province, and Liuhe District, Gulou District, Qinhuai District of Nanjing City, and Suining County of Xuzhou City since June 20, and Jinhu County of Huaian City since June 25, and those who have a track crossing with confirmed cases (including asymptomatic infections), shall register through the "Registration System for Wuxi-bound Travelers" in advance or report to the village (community), employers or hotels, and actively cooperate with various epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing and health monitoring.
2. All sub-districts (towns), communities (villages), railway stations, the airport, the wharf, enterprises and public institutions, construction sites, and hotels shall shoulder their primary responsibilities, check the travel history, register and report the information of Wuxi-bound travelers from Suzhou City of Anhui Province, Liuhe District, Gulou District, Qinhuai District of Nanjing City and other epidemic-related areas, and urge relevant personnel to take the initiative to register and take health-monitoring measures as required.
3. Public places and transportation such as tourist attractions, commercial complexes, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, farmers’ markets, cinemas and theaters shall shoulder their responsibilities to ask citizens to wear masks properly, and scan the "doorbell code". All fever clinics, medical institutions at the primary level and pharmacies shall give full play to the role as vanguards to spot potential risks, so as to achieve early detection and early reporting.
4. Personnel with an asterisk in their itinerary codes shall take one nucleic acid testing within 48 hours after they arrive in Wuxi. Key groups of people shall take the initiative to do nucleic acid testing in a timely manner as required. For those who fail to take nucleic acid testing at the specified time and frequency, their "doorbell code" will turn red, and thus their entry into various market entities and public places will be restricted. Their “doorbell code” will return to normal after testing.
5. Vaccination is an effective means to stop the spread of Covid-19 and prevent and control the epidemic. The general public, especially those over the age of 60 who meet the requirements for vaccination, shall complete the whole course of vaccination as soon as possible to build a defense barrier among the public.
6. Local authorities, government departments, employers and individuals shall step up to their responsibilities. Party committees and governments at all levels should fulfill their territorial responsibilities, and regularly carry out supervision and inspection to ensure that prevention and control work covers all areas; the competent departments of all industries should shoulder their supervision and management responsibilities, and strengthen management and guidance to ensure the registration and management of relevant personnel; enterprises and public institutions should shoulder their primary responsibilities, and establish a sound management system to ensure that prevention and control measures are in place. Individuals should raise their awareness, wear masks and keep social distancing to shoulder self-management responsibilities. Those who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, and decreased sense of smell (taste) should go to the fever clinic in time with proper personal protection, and do not take public transportation during the consultation process.
Everyone is responsible in Covid-19 response. The general public shall consciously abide by the regulations of epidemic prevention and control, actively cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures, and protect the hard-won results of Covid-19 response. Those who refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work and conceal or lie about personal information will be seriously investigated for corresponding legal responsibilities.

6月26日，安徽省泗县发现1例无症状感染者和2例初筛阳性人员，6月27日，南京、淮安等地相关泗县核酸阳性人员的接触者检测结果异常，存在社会面扩散风险。为严格落实“外防输入、内防反弹”防控策略，进一步织密织牢我市疫情防控网，严防疫情输入，现就有关事项提醒如下：
一、2022年6月13日以来有安徽省宿州市、尤其是泗县，6月20日以来有安徽省濉溪县，6月20日以来有南京市六合区、鼓楼区、秦淮区，徐州市睢宁县，6月25日以来有淮安市金湖县旅居史的人员，以及与确诊病例（含无症状感染者）有轨迹交叉人员，要提前通过“入锡申报系统”进行自主申报或向所在村（社区）、单位或入住酒店报备，并积极配合落实核酸检测、健康管理等各项防控措施。
二、各街道（镇）、社区（村）、“两站一场一码头”、企事业单位、建筑工地、酒店宾馆等要落实主体责任，加大对安徽省宿州市、南京市六合区、鼓楼区、秦淮区等涉疫地区来（返）锡人员的主动摸排、信息登记和报告，督促相关人员按要求落实主动报备和健康管理。
三、全市各大景区、商业综合体、宾馆饭店、超市农贸市场、影剧院、交通场站等重点公共场所和公共交通工具要守好入口关，落实“门铃码”查验措施，并督促进入人员规范佩戴口罩。各发热门诊、基层医疗机构、药店等单位要充分发挥前线哨点作用，查隐患降风险，做到早发现、早报告。
四、行程卡带“*”人员应在抵锡后48小时内进行1次核酸检测。各类重点人群要按照“应检尽检”要求，积极主动做好核酸检测。对未在规定时间和未按规定频次落实核酸检测的人员，将对“门铃码”（场所码）赋红警示，限制进入各类市场主体和公共场所，检测后恢复正常。
五、接种疫苗是阻断新冠病毒传播、防控疫情的有效手段。广大市民尤其是符合接种条件的60岁以上人群，应尽快完成全程接种，构筑人群免疫屏障。
六、全市上下要压紧压实“四方”责任，各级党委政府要落实属地责任，强化日常指导统筹，做到守土有责、守土尽责；行业主管部门要严格履行监管责任，加大监督检查力度，确保人员排查管控到位；企事业单位要严格落实主体责任，建立健全管理制度，确保防疫措施落实落细。请广大市民切实履行个人防疫责任，增强防范意识，坚持佩戴口罩、保持社交距离，如出现发热、干咳、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退等症状者，要在做好个人防护的情况下，及时到发热门诊就诊，就诊过程不乘坐公共交通工具。
疫情防控、人人有责。请广大市民自觉遵守疫情防控各项规定，积极配合落实防控措施，守护好来之不易的抗疫成果。对拒不配合防疫工作及瞒报、谎报个人相关情况的，将严肃追究相应法律责任。
