苏州恒太美景项目位于吴中太湖新城中心商务区,紧邻风光旖旎的太湖苏州湾。该地块作为吴中太湖新城集商务金融、商业贸易、旅游服务、会议展览等功能的密集发展区,也是城市经济生活最活跃地区。项目秉承区域发展规划精髓,旨在融合CBD的高效能与滨水区的活力生态,构筑一个集科技智能+运动健康+高端居住体验为一体的现代化生活圈。The Hengtai Meijing project in Suzhou is located in the central business district of Wuzhong Taihu New City, adjacent to Suzhou Bay on Taihu Lake. This area is developed intensively to integrate functions such as business finance, commercial trade, tourism services, and conference exhibitions. The project aims to blend the efficiency of CBD with the vibrant ecology of waterfront areas, creating a modern living circle that combines technology intelligence, sports health, and high-end residential experiences.

为了与周边环境和谐共融,避免高度突兀,故趋向构建平缓有序的高层建筑群。塔楼建筑高度为90-100米,坐落于天鹅港区域,南邻200米高楼,东接360-370米地标建筑。空间布局以三栋主体塔楼沿城市道路围合布置,形成连续的城市界面,强化了CBD的整体城市形象。办公塔楼位置后移,谦让出约4000㎡的城市街角广场,形成城市活动节点。

To achieve harmonious integration with the surrounding environment, a gently sloping cluster of high-rise buildings has been constructed. The tower buildings range in height from 90m-100m, adjacent to a 200-meter tall building to the south and adjoining a landmark building of 360m-370m to the east. The office tower is relocated backward, freeing up approximately 4000 square meters of urban plaza space, creating a focal point for urban activities.

1#公寓塔楼也采取后退设计,与另一街角呼应形成双广场布局,通过精心规划的裙房连廊无缝衔接,确保了沿湖街道的视觉连贯性,也丰富了沿街界面的层次感与互动性。内部围合庭院与相邻建筑有较宽的间距,与湖畔景观自然融合,无论从湖面仰望还是高空俯瞰,都能领略到项目与周边建筑之间既疏朗又错落有致的布局。

The 1# Apartment Tower also adopts a setback design, complementing another corner to form a dual-plaza layout, ensuring visual continuity along the lakeside street and enriching the hierarchical sense of the street interface. Internally enclosed courtyards maintain wide spacing from adjacent buildings, blending naturally with the lakeside landscape.

PTW adopts the concept of "Transition from dynamic to serene, progressing step by step," transitioning from public spaces - semi-open spaces - private residential areas. The aim is to provide urban elites in the area with a comfortable and vibrant high-quality office space for communication and a leisurely living environment.

“动” · 办公区域

Office Area

办公区域以激发活力与效率为核心,打造了一系列促进身心健康的多功能空间。“体育盒子”作为设计亮点脱颖而出,首层空间集运动中心、篮球综合球场于一体,提供了多元化运动选择。移步至上层,配备有全玻璃室内恒温泳池,成就一番视觉与身心的双重享受,满足上班族日常运动需求。

The office area is designed with a focus on inspiring vitality and efficiency, creating a series of multifunctional spaces that promote physical and mental well-being. A standout feature of the design is the "Sports Box," which integrates a sports center and a multipurpose court on the ground floor, offering diverse options for physical activities. Moving to the upper floor, there is a fully glass-enclosed indoor heated swimming pool, providing a dual enjoyment of visual and physical relaxation, catering to the daily exercise needs of office workers.

在办公塔楼的中部区域打造了特色图书馆,与办公空中露台形成休闲互动空间。塔楼屋顶也被打造成屋顶花园,犹如悬浮于城市之上的绿洲,为人们提供了一个暂离尘嚣、亲近自然的“城市客厅”。

In the central area of the office tower, a distinctive library has been created, forming a leisure interactive space with an office rooftop terrace. The towers roof is also transformed into a rooftop garden, resembling an oasis suspended above the city, providing people with a "city living room" where they can temporarily escape the hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature.

“静” · 公寓区域

Residential Area

高端奢华公寓部分,从会所到特色餐厅、琴房乃至屋顶花园,每一处细节都彰显着对精致生活品质的追求。公寓设计注重隐私保护,同时提供管家式服务,确保居住者在享受个人空间的同时,也能得到无微不至的关怀。从办公区的动态环境到公寓私密领域的过渡变得自然流畅,实现了工作与休息的完美平衡。

The high-end luxury apartment section, from the club house to specialty restaurants, a piano room, and even rooftop gardens, showcases attention to detail in pursuit of refined quality of life. The apartment design emphasizes privacy protection while offering concierge-style services to ensure residents enjoy personal space along with meticulous care. The seamless transition from the dynamic office environment to the private realm of the apartments achieves a perfect balance between work and leisure.

"THE INTERCON"概念通过纵横肌理对比,巧妙融合三栋塔楼的个性与整体性,展现极简美学与动态平衡的理念。办公塔楼运用竖向构件强化一体感,其折线幕墙随时间和视角变化,白色铝板幕墙与玻璃幕墙交织,在光影作用下形成雕塑感,彰显现代气息。

The concept of "THE INTERCON" achieves this by juxtaposing vertical and horizontal textures, deftly integrating the individuality of three towers into a cohesive whole, showcasing minimalist aesthetics and dynamic balance. The office towers use vertical elements to enhance unity, with folded-line curtain walls that change appearance over time and from different angles. Interwoven white aluminum panel and glass curtain walls create a sculptural effect under the play of light and shadow, highlighting a modern ambiance.

公寓塔楼侧重实用与美观并重,采用横向明框与竖向隐框的处理。银色金属飘板既可调节光线与温度,提升节能效果,又赋予建筑悦动的滨水韵律。竖向元素确保室内宽广视野,室内外界限模糊,尽享无垠水岸景观。

The apartment tower emphasizes both practicality and aesthetics, employing a combination of horizontal clear frames and vertical concealed frames. Silver metal louvers not only regulate light and temperature to enhance energy efficiency but also impart a dynamic waterfront rhythm to the building. Vertical elements ensure expansive views indoors, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing residents to fully enjoy the endless waterfront landscape.
