问：如果接到通知是混管初筛阳性人员，该怎么办？
Q: What to do if you are notified that you test positive in a grouped testing?
答：请规范佩戴好口罩，原地单独隔离，等候社区三人小组上门开展抗原检测和核酸采样。
A: Please wear your mask properly and isolate yourself before a three-staff team dispatched by the community coming for a antigen test and PCR sampling.
问：如果自测抗原为阳性，该怎么办？

答：立即向所在社区或场所工作人员电话报备，做好个人防护，原地单独隔离，等候社区三人小组上门开展核酸采样。
A: Please report via phone to your community or staff of public venues, take proper personal precautions and isolate yourself before a three-staff team dispatched by the community coming for a PCR sampling.
问：康复出院（舱）人员要落实哪些防控措施？
Q: What measures to implement for COVID-19 patients discharged from (makeshift) hospitals?
答：进行7天居家健康监测，期间不得外出，由社区三人小组上门开展核酸采样。3个月内不得参与社会面混管核酸采样，如需核酸采样，请告知工作人员有新冠感染史，实行单人单管。
A: During the 7-day home monitoring, patients recently discharged shall not go outdoors, and a three-staff team dispatched by the community shall come to their doorsteps for PCR samplings. They shall not join grouped testing in communities in three months. If they do need a PCR test, they should notify the staff for an individual sampling.
问：康复出院（舱）人员能否离穗返乡？
Q: Can discharged people leave Guangzhou and return home?
答：有意愿离穗返乡的康复出院（舱）人员，提前向定点救治医院或方舱医院提出离穗返乡诉求，统一组织专车闭环转运至广州南站，凭出院证明或解除集中隔离医学证明、穗康码绿码、48小时核酸阴性证明离穗。
A: Discharged people who intend to go back home shall put forward requests to the designated (makeshift) hospitals in advance for vehicles under closed-loop management to Guangzhou South Railway Station. They shall present the discharge certificate or the medical certificate for lifting centralized quarantine, the green health code, and the 48-hour negative PCR result.
问：密接人员如何落实健康管理？
Q: What should close contacts do for their health management?
答：目前实施“5天集中隔离+3天居家隔离”，期间赋码管理、不得外出。集中隔离第1、2、3、5天各开展1次核酸检测，居家隔离第1、3天各开展1次核酸检测。待转运期间，应严格落实居家隔离，足不出户，待社区三人小组上门转运集中隔离。
符合居家隔离条件的密接人员，实施8天居家隔离，由社区三人小组上门在第1、2、3、5、6、8天各开展1次核酸检测。
A: At present, “5-day centralized quarantine+3-day mandatory home quarantine” is implemented, during which their health codes would turn red and they are not allowed to go outdoors. PCR testing will be conducted once a day on the first, second, third and fifth days during centralized quarantine, and once a day on the first and third days during home quarantine. They should strictly implement home-based quarantine before the three-staff team dispatched by the community come to transfer them for centralized quarantine.
Where home-based quarantine is feasible, those close contacts shall implement an 8-day home quarantine, during which PCR testing will be conducted once a day on the first, second, third, fifth, sixth and eighth days by the three-staff team dispatched by the community.
问：高风险区划定和解除标准分别是什么？
Q: What are the criteria for designating and canceling high-risk areas?
答：划定标准：原则上将感染者居住地，以及活动频繁且疫情传播风险较高的工作地和活动地等区域，划为高风险区。高风险区一般以单元、楼栋为单位划定。在疫情传播风险不明确或存在广泛社区传播的情况下，可适度扩大高风险区划定范围。风险区域范围可根据流调研判结果动态调整。
Designating criteria: In principle, the residences and workplaces of the infected people and venues with high transmission risks will be designated as high-risk areas, confined to specific blocks or buildings. In places where the risk of transmission is not clear or potential community transmission exists, the scope of high-risk areas can be appropriately expanded. Risk-areas will be adjusted dynamically according to the epidemiological survey.
防控措施：实行“足不出户、上门服务”防控措施。封控期间发现新的感染者，组织开展风险研判，按照“一区一策”要求，可将原封控区域全部或部分延长封控时间。
Prevention and control measures: residents in high-risk areas shall be subject to mandatory home quarantine and necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps. If new infections occur during lockdown, an area-based policy after full deliberation shall be adopted to extend the control measures in the whole or parts of the areas.
解除标准：高风险区连续5天未发现新增感染者，且第5天风险区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为低风险区。
Canceling criteria: high-risk areas will be adjusted to low-risk ones if no new infections are detected for 5 consecutive days, and all personnel in the areas test negative in the PCR testing on the fifth day.
问：低风险区划定、解除标准分别是什么?
Q: What are the criteria for designating and canceling low-risk areas?
答：高风险区所在县 (区) 的其他地区划定为低风险区。实行“个人防护、避免聚集”，离开所在城市持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。各类人员按照要求开展核酸检测，期间尽量减少外出、不聚集、不扎堆，外出时做好个人防护:严格落实进入室内公共场所预约、错峰、限流、测温、登记、戴口罩等措施。所有高风险区解除后，县 (区) 全域实施常态化防控措施。
A: Other areas of the county (district) where the high-risk areas are located are designated as low-risk areas. Residents in these areas shall take proper personal precautions and avoid gathering. Those who need to make inter-city travels are required to present a 48-hour negative PCR test result. All residents shall take PCR tests as required and avoid going out or gathering. They should make appointments, arrange their visits on a staggered schedule, have their temperature checked, register information and wear masks when entering indoor public venues. After all high-risk areas are canceled, the county (district) shall implement routine prevention and control measures.
问：因疫情滞留海珠区的人员离穗返乡需要符合什么条件？
Who can leave Guangzhou and return home among people stranded in Haizhu District due to COVID-19?
答：目前有两种疏解模式。
一是“3+5+3”模式：所在楼栋3天没有新增感染者、连续5天核酸检测结果为阴性、非密切接触者，需实施3天集中健康监测，期间3次核酸检测结果为阴性，离穗前进行1次抗原检测且结果为阴性。
二是“8+3模式”：连续8天核酸检测结果为阴性、健康码绿码、近3天未出现发热、干咳、嗅觉丧失、肌肉酸痛等临床症状，离穗前进行1次抗原检测且结果为阴性。
A: People in these two modes are eligible for departure.
The first is the “3+5+3” mode: if they are non-close contacts where no new infections are detected in their building for 3 days, and their PCR test results remain negative for 5 consecutive days, they will be put under a 3-day centralized quarantine and if they test negative three times during this period and in the antigen test before their departure for home, they are eligible to leave Guangzhou.
The second is the “8+3 mode”: if they test negative for 8 consecutive days with a green health code and without symptoms like fever, dry cough, loss of smell, muscle soreness in the last 3 days, and if they test negative in the antigen test before their departure for home, they are eligible to leave Guangzhou.
问：离穗返乡后有什么防控要求？

答：返乡后第一时间向当地社区（村）报备，配合落实健康管理措施。

问：高风险区居民如何外出就医？

答：高风险区居民可通过热线电话联系社区三人小组，经评估需外出就医的，由社区三人组闭环转运至医院就医；病情紧急危重的拨打120急救电话紧急送医。
A: Residents in high-risk areas can reach the community three-staff team through the hotline. If they do need to go out for medical treatment after assessment, they will be transferred to the hospital by the team under closed-loop management; In case of emergency, they can call 120 for emergency treatment.
问：高风险区慢性病人员如何购药？
Q: How do patients with chronic diseases in high-risk areas purchase drugs?
答：一是通过热线电话联系社区三人小组、驻点医疗组协助解决购药需求。
二是通过穗康购药等第三方线上平台按需购买。由工作人员或志愿者统一接收后，通过无接触配送方式送至居民家门口。

Second, place orders based on practical needs on third-party online platforms such as Suikang Medicine. Staff or volunteers will help to arrange for a contact-free last-mile delivery to the residents’ doorsteps.
问：高风险区内，有什么途径可购买生活必需品?
Q: How can residents in high-risk areas buy daily necessities?
答：高风险区居民可通过电商平台订购生活必需品，或通过亲友代购生活必需品，由工作人员或志愿者统一接收后，通过无接触配送方式，送至居民家门口。如不具备线上订购条件的，可由工作人员或志愿者登记后提供代购和上门配送服务。居民如有生活困难的，可电话联系工作人员或志愿者提供保障服务。
A: Residents in high-risk areas can order daily necessities through e-commerce platforms, or purchase daily necessities through relatives and friends. Staff or volunteers will help to arrange for contact-free delivery to the residents’ doorsteps. For residents without access to online shopping, staff or volunteers will help to register their needs, purchase and deliver to their doorsteps. If residents have difficulties in accessing basic services, they can call the staff or volunteers for help.
