Notification of Baiyun District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Center (No. 56)
7月11日,白云区新增2名核酸检测阳性人员,其中1名为闭环管理的隔离管控人员,另外1名为风险区域内重点人员,区新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部立即启动应急响应,开展了区域管控、流调排查、隔离转运、核酸筛查、场所消杀等工作。现将有关情况通报如下:
Baiyun District detected two positive cases on July 11, one of whom was under quarantine, and the other was among key groups in at-risk areas. Relevant departments immediately launched an emergency plan that includes epidemiological investigation, contact tracing, testing, control and management of key sites, and disinfection. We hereby notify the details as follows:
病例1,女,26岁,居住在白云湖街道大朗村桑下街。现已闭环转运至广州医科大学附属市八医院隔离治疗,诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例(轻型)。
The 1st patient is a 26-year-old woman who lives in Sangxia Street, Dalang Village, Baiyunhu Subdistrict and has been transferred to Guangzhou No. 8 People’s Hospital for quarantine and treatment and diagnosed as a confirmed COVID-19 patient with mild symptoms.
病例2,男,40岁,居住在京溪街道京溪益和巷。现已闭环转运至广州医科大学附属市八医院隔离治疗,诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例(轻型)。
The 2nd patient is a 40-year-old man who lives in Jingxi Yihe Lane, Jingxi Subdistrict and has been transferred to Guangzhou No. 8 People’s Hospital for quarantine and treatment and diagnosed as a confirmed COVID-19 patient with mild symptoms.
根据初步流调情况和疫情防控需要,按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案(第九版)》相关规定,经专家组研判,划定白云湖街、京溪街部分区域为高、中、低风险区,具体如下:
In accordance with the initial epidemiological investigation findings and COVID-19 containment requirements, following relevant stipulations in the Protocol for Prevention and Control of COVID-19 (Edition 9) issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, the expert panel designated some areas of Baiyunhu Subdistrict and Jingxi Subdistrict as high-risk, medium- and low-risk zones, the details are as follows:
一、高风险区2个
1. Two high-risk zones
(一)白云湖街道:北至桑下街二巷,东至桑下街,西至JC02488房,南至黄氏大宗祠。
(1). Baiyunhu Subdistrict: The area encircled by Lane 2 of Sangxia Street in the north, Sangxia Street in the east, ROOM JC02488 in the west, Huang Ancestral Hall in the south.
(二)京溪街道:益和巷8号、9号、10号、11号、12号、12号之一、13号、14号、15号、16号、16号之一、17号、18号、19号。
(2). Jingxi Subdistrict: No. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12-1, 13, 14, 15, 16, 16-1, 17, 18, 19 of Yihe Lane.
以上区域管理措施按照附件1执行。

二、中风险区3个(除高风险区外)
2.Three medium-risk zones (except high-risk zones)
(一)白云湖街道:北至桑下街三巷,东至桑下街,西至谭家街四巷,南至大朗中学围墙。
(1). Baiyunhu Subdistrict: The area encircled by Lane 3 of Sangxia Street in the north, Sangxia Street in the east, Lane 4 of Tanjia Street in the west, the fence of Dalang Middle School in the south.
(二)京溪街道:北至京溪路,南至益和二巷1号之一,东至沙太路,西至善和巷15号。
(2). Jingxi Subdistrict: The area encircled by Jingxi Road in the north, No. 1-1 of Yihe 2nd Lane in the south, Shatai Road in the east, No. 15 of Shanhe Lane in the west.
(三)京溪古道以北,京溪路以南,沙太路西侧的临街商铺。竹园小区2,3,4,5栋。
(3) Shops north of Jingxi Ancient Road, south of Jingxi Road and west of Shatai Road. Buildings No. 2, 3, 4, 5 of Zhuyuan Community.
以上区域管理措施按照附件2执行。

三、低风险区1个

以上措施自2022年7月11日起执行,后续将根据疫情防控形势变化及时调整。请上述区域范围的市民朋友积极配合街道、社区采取必要的核酸检测等疫情防控措施,由此给市民朋友出行带来的不便,敬请谅解。请大家进一步提高防范意识,不造谣、不信谣、不传谣,持续做好个人日常防护。如有发热等不适症状,在做好个人防护的情况下,尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具,及时到医疗机构发热门诊就诊。
The measures above will be implemented starting from July 11, 2022. They will be adjusted in a timely manner in line with developments in the epidemiological situation. Residents of the aforementioned areas are advised to actively cooperate with the subdistrict and community authorities to take necessary COVID-19 containment measures such as taking the PCR testing. We appreciate your understanding for the travel disruptions caused by containment measures. Please stay alert and do not start, believe, or spread any rumors. Please continue to practice good personal protection. If you experience fever or any other COVID-19 symptoms, please take proper protective measures and go to a fever clinic immediately. In such cases, public transportation should be avoided.

新冠肺炎疫情高风险区管理措施
Management Measures for COVID-19 High-risk Zones
1.区域封闭。安排24小时巡逻值守,可通过安装监控设备、电子门磁等加强管理,防止人员外出流动,严格做到足不出户。对因就医等确需外出人员,须经社区防控办公室协调安排,实行专人专车,全程做好个人防护,落实闭环管理。
1. Lockdown measures. Patrol staff will be on duty on a 24/7 basis. Monitoring devices and electromagnetic locks can be installed to strengthen management and prevent staff from leaving high-risk zones, thus ensuring that residents inside the high-risk zones shall remain indoors at all times. For exceptional circumstances, where people must leave their places of residence to seek medical attention, the community COVID-19 control and prevention office shall make logistic arrangements to assign a designated vehicle to the person in need. Personal disease prevention measures and closed-loop management measures must be implemented throughout the procedure.
高风险区如位于城乡接合部或农村地区,卫生条件不足、管理难度大、存在较高传播风险,可将区域内居民转运至集中隔离场所(如确有必要,每户至多可留1人)。居家时做好环境消毒、居室通风等措施。
If the high-risk zones are located in rural-urban fringes or in rural areas where the transmission risk remains high due to poor hygienic conditions and where obstacles to the implementation of containment measures exist, residents of high-risk zones can be transferred to centralized quarantine facilities (if there is a practical need, a maximum of one person can stay at home for each household). While at home, the living environment must be disinfected on a regular basis and rooms must be kept well-ventilated.
2.宣传引导。通过微信、短信、公众号、小喇叭、一封信等多种方式,及时发布封控信息和相关安排。引导居民落实个人防护、居室通风等要求。密切关注和及时回应居民诉求,共同营造良好的防控氛围。
2. Education and effective messaging. Information and arrangements related to lockdown must be published in a timely manner through multiple channels, including WeChat, SMS, WeChat Subscription Accounts, portable loudspeakers, and letters, to help residents adhere to effective personal disease prevention measures and remind them of the importance of good ventilation. Closely monitor and respond to residents’ demands and inquiries to facilitate the implementation of COVID-19 containment measures.
3.人员摸排。通过逐户上门摸排、建立微信群、查看水表电表信息等方式,尽快摸清高风险区内所有人员底数,及时掌握独居老人、未成年人、孕产妇、残疾人、行动不便人员、血透患者、精神病患者、慢性病患者等人员情况。及时掌握尚未转运的应转运隔离人员情况,实行专人专管、严格管控,在转运前严格落实足不出户、上门采样、健康监测等防控措施。
3. Acquire and record residents’ information. Obtain basic information about all residents of high-risk zones as soon as possible by means of door-to-door visits, setting up WeChat groups, and reading utility meters. Acquire information about the following demographic groups in a timely manner, including seniors living alone, minors, pregnant and postnatal women, disabled individuals, people with mobility difficulties, hemodialysis patients, individuals with a mental disability, and patients with chronic diseases. Acquire information about people who have yet to be transferred to quarantine facilities. The transfer process of each person shall be supervised by a designated staff member of relevant authorities, and management measures must be strictly implemented. Before being transferred to the quarantine facility, people shall not leave their places of residence. They must also take a PCR testing at home and undergo health monitoring procedures.
4.健康监测。对高风险区内所有人员进行健康监测,实施每日零报告制度。每天上、下午各开展一次体温检测和症状问询,了解所有人员使用退热、咳嗽感冒、抗生素、抗病毒等药物情况,并填写“十大症状”健康监测登记表。发现有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅(味)觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状的,由健康监测组立即报告并安排上门核酸检测。
4. Health monitoring. All residents of the high-risk zones must undergo through health monitoring procedures. Residents must report their health conditions every day, even if there are no abnormalities. Residents of high-risk zones must take their temperature once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Authorized staff must conduct symptom checks on all residents and ascertain whether or not anyone has taken fever reducers, cold and cough medicines, antibiotics, or antiviral drugs. Residents of high-risk zones are also required to complete a health monitoring form to report if they have experienced any of the common COVID-19 symptoms. If any resident of a high-risk zone is found to have experienced symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, smell/taste disorder, nasal obstruction, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, or diarrhea, the health monitoring team should report the case immediately and arrange a PCR testing at the resident’s home.
5.核酸检测。在实施封控后前3天连续开展3次检测,第1天和第3天完成两次全员核酸检测,第2天开展一次抗原检测,后续检测频次可根据检测结果确定;解除管控前24小时内,应完成一次区域内全员核酸检测。开展核酸检测时,要合理设置采样点并由专业人员评估后启用;科学确定行进路线,加强现场组织管理,实行专人引导、分时分区、固定路线,督促做好个人防护,防止交叉感染。对曾发现阳性感染者的楼宇、院落可先行抗原检测,阴性后再有序进行核酸检测。对尚未转运的风险人员、抗原检测阳性、核酸混管阳性的待复核人员、行动不便的病人和高龄老人等特殊人员,应上门采样,实行单采单检。
5. PCR testing. Three PCR testings will be conducted consecutively in the first three days upon the implementation of lockdown measures. Two universal PCR testings shall be completed during this period, one on the first day and another on the third day. An antigen testing shall be conducted on the second day. Subsequent testing frequency shall be determined by the test results. One universal PCR testing must be completed 24 hours before the lifting of containment measures. Regarding PCR testings, the location of testing sites must be assessed by professionals before being placed into service. Testing site traffic flow must be designed in line with science-based disease control principles. On-site coordination and management must be enhanced. Designated staff should offer on-site facilitation. Testings must be conducted on a staggered schedule, while contaminated areas must be strictly separated from sterile areas. Testing site traffic flow must be fixed. Remind residents of the importance of personal protection to avoid cross contamination. Antigen testings can be conducted in buildings or blocks where positive patients have been detected. PCR testings shall be conducted provided that residents in these buildings or blocks all tested negative for the antigen testing. For people with a high exposure risk to COVID-19 who have yet to be transferred to quarantine facilities, people who tested positive for the antigen testing, and people who tested positive in the 10-in-1 PCR testing awaiting confirmatory testings, a door-to-door PCR testing service will be provided on a one-to-one basis.
6.人员转运。高风险区内人员如被判定为密切接触者,8小时内转运至集中隔离场所。发现核酸检测阳性者,2小时内转运至定点医疗机构。相关人员转运前要就地加强管控,转运中要强化转运人员和工作人员的个人防护。
6. Transfer of COVID-19 patients and close contacts. Residents of high-risk zones who are identified as close contacts shall be transferred to the centralized quarantine facility within 8 hours. Residents who tested positive for COVID-19 shall be transferred to a designated medical institution within 2 hours. On-site management measures must be strictly implemented before transferring said residents to designated sites. Both residents and staff are required to take enhanced personal disease control measures during the entire transfer process.
7.环境消毒和监测。强化重点区域、重点部位消毒,对厢式电梯(楼道)等重点区域和电梯按键、楼梯扶手、单元门把手等人员频繁接触的重点部位进行消毒。对病例和无症状感染者的居住、工作、活动等场所,及时开展终末消毒并评估消毒效果。加强消毒人员培训、技术指导和督导评价。
7. Environmental disinfection and monitoring. Enhance disinfection of key areas and key spots. Disinfect key areas such as elevators (corridors) and key spots that people touch frequently such as elevator buttons, handrails, and building gates. Disinfect places where COVID-19 patients and asymptomatic COVID-19 patients live and work in a timely manner. Places where COVID-19 patients and asymptomatic COVID-19 patients have been to also require timely disinfection. The effectiveness of disinfection should be evaluated. Strengthen training of disinfection staff, and provide them with technical guidance and supervisory evaluation.
8.垃圾分类清运。规范设置生活垃圾临时收集点和医疗废物临时收集点。核酸检测阳性者、密切接触者、密接的密接产生的垃圾和工作人员使用过的防护用品等,参照医疗废物处理。其他垃圾可作为“其他相关生活垃圾”,统一收集后按照“先消毒,双套袋”要求处理,做到“日产日清”,保持环境清洁卫生。
8. Waste classification and disposal. Temporary domestic waste collection points and medical waste collection points must be designated in line with relevant standards. Waste produced by people who tested positive for COVID-19, close contacts, secondary close contacts, and protective gear used by staff shall be treated as medical waste. Other waste may be treated as other domestic waste. Once such waste has been collected, it must be initially disinfected and placed into two layers of waste bags for treatment. Waste must be cleaned up within the day to ensure environmental hygiene and sanitation.
9.生活物资和医疗保障。调配力量,明确专门队伍负责居民基本生活物资供应,切实做好需求收集、帮助购买、配送到户等工作。当地疫情防控指挥部门要协调发展改革、商务、公安、交通运输等部门,畅通运输通道,推动保供单位、大型商超加强与社区的对接,及时配送有关物资;要指定专门医疗机构为高风险区居民提供就医服务,推动建立社区与专门医疗机构的对接机制,为独居老人、未成年人、孕产妇、残疾人、行动不便人员、血透患者、精神病患者、慢性病患者等提供就医便利。
9. Ensure the supply of basic necessities and medical aid. Resources will be mobilized to designate specific teams to ensure the supply of basic necessities. Designated staff must collect information about residents’ demands, help residents make purchases and deliver such goods to residents’ doorsteps. The local COVID-19 control and prevention department must coordinate with competent authorities such as the Development and Reform Commission, Bureau of Commerce, Bureau of Public Security, and Bureau of Transportation, etc. to ensure the smooth transportation of goods, facilitate communication between communities and designated suppliers, large retailers, and supermarkets. They must ensure that basic supplies can be delivered on time. Assign specific medical institutions to provide medical service for residents of high-risk zones and advance the establishment of a special liaison mechanism between communities and specific medical institutions. Provide facilitative assistance to seniors living alone, minors, pregnant and postnatal women, disabled individuals, individuals with mobility difficulties, hemodialysis patients, individuals with a mental disability, and patients with chronic diseases if they require medical aid.
10.心理关爱。组建心理疏导团队,提供心理援助专线,及时对居民开展健康指导、心理疏导、情绪安抚。
10. Mental health support. Set up a psychological counseling team and launch a mental health hotline to offer timely psychological guidance, counseling, and emotional support to residents.

新冠肺炎疫情中风险区管理措施
Management Measures for COVID-19 Medium-risk Zones
1.区域管控。原则上居家,在严格落实个人防护的前提下,每天每户可安排1人,按照“分时有序、分区限流”方式,至指定区域购买或无接触式领取网购物品。对因就医等确需外出的人员,由社区防控办公室出具证明并做好审核登记。所有出入人员落实查证、验码、测温、登记。居家时做好环境消毒、居室通风等措施。
1. Partial lockdown measures. Residents of medium-risk zones are required to stay home in principle. Once each day, one person per household can visit designated areas to purchase or to collect online shopping deliveries on a contactless basis provided that proper personal disease prevention measures have been taken. Such visits must be made on a staggered schedule, and the designated areas must operate under reduced capacity. For exceptional circumstances, where residents must leave the medium-risk zones to seek medical attention, the community COVID-19 control and prevention office shall provide a certificate and review and record relevant information of said residents. All people entering and leaving medium-risk zones must present their identification and health code. They should also have their temperature taken and register their personal information. While at home, the living environment must be disinfected on a regular basis, and rooms must be kept well-ventilated.

4.健康监测。对中风险区内所有人员开展“十大症状”监测,实施每日零报告制度。及时了解所有人员购买、使用退热、治疗咳嗽感冒、抗生素、抗病毒等药物情况。发现有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅(味)觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状的,由健康监测组立即报告并安排上门核酸检测。
4. Health monitoring. All residents of medium-risk zones must go through health monitoring procedures. Residents must report their health conditions every day even if there are no abnormalities. Authorized staff must timely collect information about residents who have taken fever reducers, cold and cough medicines, antibiotics, and antiviral drugs. If any resident of medium-risk zones is found to have experienced symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, smell/taste disorder, nasal obstruction, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, or diarrhea, the health monitoring team should report the case immediately and arrange a PCR testing at the resident’s home.
5.核酸检测。在实施管控后前3天连续开展3次检测,第1天和第3天完成两次全员核酸检测,第2天开展一次抗原检测,后续检测频次可根据检测结果确定;解除管控前24小时内,应完成一次区域内全员核酸检测。开展核酸检测时,就近就便网格化设置采样点,组织居民有序下楼,分时分区、固定路线,督促做好个人防护,防止交叉感染。
5. PCR testing. Three PCR testings will be conducted consecutively in the first three days upon the implementation of partial lockdown measures. Two universal PCR testings shall be completed during this period, one on the first day and another on the third day. An antigen testing shall be conducted on the second day. Subsequent testing frequency shall be determined by the testing results. One universal PCR testing must be completed 24 hours before the lifting of containment measures. Testing sites shall be installed nearby following a grid-like pattern. Inform the residents to come downstairs for PCR testing in an orderly manner. Testings must be conducted on a staggered schedule, while contaminated areas must be strictly separated from sterile areas. Testing site traffic flow must be fixed. Remind residents of the importance of personal protection to avoid cross contamination.
6.人员协查管控。当地协查专班要综合公共卫生、公安、工信、交通运输等部门的相关信息,及时推送协查人员信息至相关社区,社区收到风险人员协查信息后,应于24小时内完成风险人员排查,并配合做好人员管理、健康监测、核酸检测、人员转运等工作;对无法排查的人员要及时反馈相关情况,形成协查信息闭环。
6. Identification and management of residents who may have been exposed to COVID-19. The local epidemiological investigation support team shall review relevant information from public health, public security, industry and information technology, and transportation authorities. The team must timely inform relevant communities of the information about residents who may have been exposed to COVID-19. Upon receiving such information, communities shall complete the screening and identification of residents at risk within 24 hours. Communities should also provide facilitation in the management, health monitoring, PCR testing, and transfer of residents who may have been exposed to COVID-19. Communities must timely report relevant information about residents who cannot be reached or identified to ensure the integrity of the epidemiological investigation.
7.人员转运。中风险区内人员如被判定为密切接触者,8小时内转运至集中隔离场所。发现核酸检测阳性者,2小时内转运至定点医疗机构。相关人员转运前要就地加强管控,转运中要强化转运人员和工作人员的个人防护。
7. Transfer of COVID-19 patients and close contacts. Residents inside medium-risk zones who are identified as close contacts shall be transferred to the centralized quarantine facility within 8 hours. Residents who tested positive for COVID-19 shall be transferred to a designated medical institution within 2 hours. On-site management measures must be strictly implemented before transferring said residents to designated sites. Both residents and staff are required to take enhanced personal disease prevention measures during the transfer process.
8.清洁消毒。原则上以清洁为主,消毒为辅,重点做好家庭、社区、楼宇等环境卫生工作。对厢式电梯(楼道)和电梯按键、楼梯扶手、单元门把手等人员频繁接触部位开展消毒,对病例和无症状感染者工作、活动等场所及时开展终末消毒。加强消毒人员培训、技术指导和督导评价。
8. Cleaning and disinfection. In principle, cleaning shall remain the main task while disinfection shall serve as a support measure. Special attention must be paid to the hygiene and sanitation of households, communities, and buildings. Disinfect elevators (corridors) and key spots that people touch frequently, such as elevator buttons, handrails, and building gates. Disinfect places where COVID-19 patients and asymptomatic COVID-19 patients live and work in a timely manner. Places where COVID-19 patients and asymptomatic COVID-19 patients have been to also require timely disinfection. Strengthen training of disinfection staff, and provide them with technical guidance and supervisory evaluation.
9.垃圾分类清运。规范设置生活垃圾临时收集点和医疗废物临时收集点,做到分类转运、分类处置、“日产日清”,保持环境清洁卫生。核酸检测阳性者、密切接触者、密接的密接产生的垃圾和工作人员使用过的防护用品等,参照医疗废物处理。
9. Waste classification and disposal. Temporary domestic waste collection points and medical waste collection points must be designated in line with relevant standards. Waste must be classified before transportation and treatment. Waste must be cleaned up within the day to ensure environmental hygiene and sanitation. Waste produced by people who tested positive for COVID-19, close contacts, secondary close contacts, and protective gear used by staff shall be treated as medical waste.
10.生活物资和医疗保障。设置便民服务点,通过预约、错峰等方式引导居民有序采购生活物资,切实避免人群聚集。倡导居民网上购物,提倡无接触配送。为行动不便的独居老人、残疾人等人员,提供基本生活物资上门服务。当地疫情防控指挥部门要指定专门医疗机构为中风险区人员提供就医服务,推动建立社区与专门医疗机构的对接机制,为独居老人、未成年人、孕产妇、残疾人、行动不便人员、血透患者、精神病患者、慢性病患者等提供就医便利。
10. Ensure the supply of basic necessities and medical aid. Introduce resident service centers and guide residents to purchase basic necessities through reservations or make purchases on a staggered schedule to effectively avoid gatherings. Encourage residents to shop online and collect their deliveries on a contactless basis. For seniors living alone and disabled individuals, basic necessities shall be delivered to their doorsteps. The local COVID-19 control and prevention department shall designate medical institutions to provide medical services for residents inside medium-risk zones and advance the establishment of a special liaison mechanism between communities and designated medical institutions. Provide facilitative assistance to seniors living alone, minors, pregnant and postnatal women, disabled individuals, individuals with mobility difficulties, hemodialysis patients, individuals with a mental disability, and patients with chronic diseases if they require medical aid.

新冠肺炎疫情低风险区管理措施
Management Measures for COVID-19 Low-risk Zones
1.强化社会面管控。区域内各类人员按照要求开展核酸检测,期间尽量减少外出、不聚集、不扎堆,外出时做好个人防护;严格落实进入室内公共场所预约、错峰、限流、测温、登记、戴口罩等措施。
1. Strengthen social control. All people in the area should take a PCR testing, as required. During this period, all people are encouraged to remain indoors, avoid social gathering, and remain diligent in utilizing good personal protection when going out. Measures should be strictly implemented such as making an appointment, implementing a staggered schedule, limiting the number of entries, administering temperature checks, making registrations, and wearing masks when entering indoor public places.
2.人员协查管控。收到中高风险区外溢人员协查信息后,应于24小时内完成风险人员排查,并配合做好人员管理、健康监测、核酸检测、人员转运等工作;对无法排查的人员要及时反馈相关情况,形成协查闭环。
2. Identification and management of residents who may have been exposed to COVID-19. Screening and identification of residents at risk should be made within 24 hours after receiving the information to check outbound people from medium- and high-risk areas. Communities should also provide facilitation in the management, health monitoring, PCR testing, and transfer of residents who may have been exposed to COVID-19. Communities must report relevant information about residents who cannot be reached or identified in a timely manner to ensure the integrity of the epidemiological investigation.
3.交通管控。低风险区内人员倡导非必要不离开本区域,跨市流动须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。对运输生产生活、医疗防护物资以及从事道路运输“点对点”转运的车辆和人员,在严格落实消毒、封闭管理等各项防控措施的基础上,保障其通行顺畅。加强火车站、机场、公路、水路等出入区域交通关口管控,做好测温、查证、验码等工作。
3. Traffic control. People in low-risk zones are encouraged not to leave the area unless necessary and must provide a negative PCR testing report within 48 hours when traveling from one city to another. We should ensure that vehicles and personnel that deliver goods for production, living and medical protection, and work in point-to-point transfer by road transportation have smooth access to mobility on the basis of strict implementation of various prevention and control measures, such as disinfection and closed-loop management. We should strengthen the control of traffic in and out of railway stations, airports, highways, waterways, etc., and make sure that temperature checks, authentication, and code verification be performed effectively.
4.核酸检测。根据疫情传播风险评估结果和风险人员协查管理情况,科学确定低风险区内开展核酸检测的人群范围和频次等。开展核酸检测时,就近就便设置采样点,并由专业人员评估后启用;加强现场组织管理,有序开展、避免聚集,并督促做好个人防护。
4. PCR testing. The scope of population and frequency of PCR testing in low-risk zones should be determined in a scientific way based on the results of COVID-19 spread risk evaluation and the situation of the check and management of people at risk. When conducting PCR testing, sampling sites should be located in the nearest places at most convenience and placed into service after being evaluated by professionals. We should strengthen onsite organizational management and undertake testing in good order to avoid social gathering while encouraging good personal protection measures.
5.健康宣教。加强健康教育,提醒居民减少外出、避免聚集、保持社交距离、做好个人防护,出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅(味)觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状后要及时主动前往医疗机构就诊。做好防控政策宣传引导,使居民主动配合做好风险人员协查工作。
5. Health education. We should strengthen health education and remind residents to go out less, avoid gathering, maintain social distance, and take good personal protection. In the event of suffering such symptoms as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, smell/taste disorder, nasal obstruction, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhea, please go to a medical institution immediately. We should provide better guidance of epidemic prevention and control policies, so that residents can actively cooperate with our work to check people at risk.
